SHIPPING TIMES

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the supplier fulfilling your order:

  • New Zealand: 5–15 business days
  • Australia: 7–20 business days
  • United States & United Kingdom: 10–25 business days
  • European Union: 10–30 business days
  • Rest of World: 15–35 business days

Please note that some orders may be shipped from overseas suppliers, which can affect delivery times.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items ordered. Free shipping may be available on selected products or promotions.

ORDER TRACKING

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

As we work with multiple suppliers, your order may arrive in separate packages. You will not be charged additional shipping for split shipments.
